Delays & Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or reroute packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
